Wellness services are not a substitute for medical care; always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Educational & Financial Content

Any financial or educational content provided by Good Body Essentials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Consult an appropriate qualified professional before making decisions based on such content.

4. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Important Disclaimer: We use third-party platforms to facilitate bookings, payments, hosting, and communications. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, availability, or quality of these third-party services. Our services integrate with platforms including MassageBook (scheduling and booking), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), payment processors, and social media.

By using these third-party services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these platforms
• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or practices
• We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party platforms
• Service availability, pricing, and features on third-party platforms are subject to change without notice

We provide no warranty, express or implied, regarding third-party services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Booking and Appointment Policy

5.1 Booking Confirmation

Appointments are booked through our authorized booking system (MassageBook) or by direct contact. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email or text message.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• 24+ hours notice: full refund or credit toward future services
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged
• Late arrival: services may be shortened to accommodate scheduled appointments, with no reduction in fees

5.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available
• Package and program fees must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans
• Promotional pricing and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions

5.4 Gift Certificates and Credits

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Account credits must be used within one year from the date of issue
• Gift certificates and credits are non-transferable without written consent

5.5 First-Time Client Offers

First-time client offers (such as The Reset Ritual and the Wellness Starter Package) are limited to new clients and one use per person.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

6.1 Medical Disclosure

By booking massage therapy or wellness services, you agree to:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications
• Inform us of any changes to your health status before each session
• Notify us immediately if you experience discomfort during treatment

6.2 Contraindications

Certain medical conditions may contraindicate massage therapy. You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before receiving services if you have any of the following:

• Recent surgery or injury
• Cardiovascular conditions
• Blood clots or circulatory disorders
• Infectious diseases or skin conditions
• Pregnancy (first trimester or high-risk)
• Cancer or recent cancer treatment

6.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with massage therapy and wellness services. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health complications arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Body Essentials, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or use; personal injury or property damage; or issues arising from third-party services or platforms.

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Good Body Essentials, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • All service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered

• Package and program fees are non-refundable after the first session has been completed

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to pay, or abusive behavior. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
